This is the Manchester Terminal Corporation (Houston, Tex.), one of the largest cotton warehouses in the world. You are looking down what is known as an apron and to your left you will note the electric trolleys carrying 3 bales to the hangar and there are 10 such aprons in this warehouse with this electrical equipment. This terminal can handle from 18 to 20,000 bales of cotton each day.
