Cuba - Province of Oriente - Puerto de Boniato: Cuban barbecue as a pig is roasted in the woods on the summit of Boniato hill. This is the high point overlooking the land which slopes down in zigzag ridges toward the Caribbean Sea and the second port city of Cuba. It is called Puerto de Boniato because it is the gateway to the mountains north and east in the Province of Oriente.
