The show was sponsored by the Wanamaker store, from which all materials used in making the entries were obtained. Accompanying card states, "1st Prize in Group V | Cost of materials $5.69 | Miss Madeline A. Lyon." Photograph originally appeared in an article by Marjorie Kinney, Supervisor of Clothing Courses at the Pratt Institute, in the June, 1928 issue of The Home Economist.
