Description:
The Main Building at Pratt Institute (side view), including a view of Ryerson Street (now Ryerson Walk), elevated train tracks, the sign for the Kings County Refrigerating Company, and the Empire State Building in the distance. The Main Building was built in 1887 by Hugo Lamb and Charles A. Rich, and was the first building at Pratt Institute, constructed of brick in the Romanesque revival style.
