The preface mentions the earlier Argentina Atlas by Martin de Moussy (see our copy) and says that this new atlas is more up to date and accurate. On verso of title page: Es propiedad del editor. Full printed color. Atlas is bound in half red leather dark brown cloth covered boards with "Atlas geografico de la Republica Argentina. Buenos-Aires Felix Lajouane, Editor. 1888. Sine Labore Nihil FL" embossed in gold on the front cover; spine is stamped with "Soldan. Atlas geografico de la Republica Argentina." Maps engraved and printed by Erhard hermanos, Paris.
