Description:
The central emblem of a floor mosaic, done in opus vermiculatum work. The scene depicts a panther (or leopard) advancing from right to a podium, next to which is placed a rhyton (drinking vessel) and a thyrsus, to which cymbals are attached. At the bottom is a vegetal decorative element. No discovery location is noted.
