Description:
From the exhibition, With a Wink and a Nod: Cartoonists of the Gilded Age (October 13, 2015 - January 3, 2016). Private collection, published in Puck, March 20, 1895. Published around St. Patrick's Day, this cartoon highlighted a source of ongoing friction between the Scots and Irish.
