REMARKS BY ROY HAMILTON (1988): This style of "selimut", with a three-color ikat center panel, is typical of "selimut" worn in Amanuban Subdistrict, South Central Timor District. Similar cloths were examined in the field in the town of Soe in Amanuban in 1987.
