Description:
|
Sportes was the designer of the chair for the Montreal design collective MODESDEMPLOI, Inc., established 2001. The chair tackles the stereotype of man the provider whose wife awaits him at home. The slippers, red carpet and yellow chair (playing on the idea of the gilding of a throne) highlight the idea of the male chauvinist.
