Description:
|
Datable to the period 1465-1480. Mary is depicted against a mandorla shape that forms the back of her throne. Four angels peek around the back; one holding the raised edge with their hands. The angel on the lower left is holding a small shield that is apparently a personal coat of arms. A banner at the bottom has the words Ave Maria Gratia Plena Do...(truncated by end of banner).
