Hermit Rest on the south rim (west end) looking north into canyon. "This and 48015 were developed with a contrast developer used by studio at El Tovar. But I had a print made in softer paper than this (I can't find it now) and it shows very, very good, while this print and print 48015 that you made are simply the worst think I ever saw. Mr. Singley talks about my not worrying about your printing, but if I have to feel any interest in our success I can't help but say that this is the "worst ever".
